Nightingale Music combines all types of music from traditional nursery songs, to classical, to rock-n-roll with creative movement, games and percussion instrument playing to enhance learning and initiate children into the magical world of music. The multi-sensory class features wonderfully varied manipulatives, puppets, parachute, drums, xylophones & bubbles, bringing a fresh and new lesson each week!

Baby Sign Basics- Choose Tues, Fri, Sat

What: Start your baby communicating in just 6-12 weeks! Families learn to use dozens of simple ASL signs, lowering frustration, and enhancing bonding, speech, and literacy. Weekly parent lesson, music, stories, puppets, parachute & bubbles, all with ASL signs.

Offered as 3 eight week sessions— Level 1, Level 2A, & Level 2B.
Babies starting class age 6-9 months will begin producing signs, on average, within 6-12 weeks, and can go on to learn dozens more before transitioning fully to speech.
Research shows that hearing babies who sign, on average, have 50 more spoken words by age 2 and are verbally 11 months ahead of non-signing peers by age 3.
Ideal start age for Level 1 is 6- 9 months

This thorough training follows the 2015 Updated Guidelines for CPR ECC to focus solely on emergency care of an infant. Topics and skills covered include:

There is no “right” way to mom. Groups are facilitated in a manner that ensures a safe, respectful and empowering experience.

Each week builds of the last as science-backed truths help you navigate your experience and own your motherhood. Specialized support from a licensed therapist, specializing in the transition to motherhood.

Moreover, we promise to facilitate it in a manner that ensures it’s honest, respectful, and productive!

Our Infant Massage class offers a gentle, nurturing experience that supports bonding, relaxation, and healthy development. Through guided, age-appropriate massage techniques, caregivers learn soothing strokes and routines that promote digestion, sleep, and sensory awareness. Class is guided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Educator of Infant Massage and is designed to meet you and your baby exactly where you are.

Nightingale Music combines all types of music from traditional nursery songs, to classical, to rock-n-roll with creative movement, games and percussion instrument playing to enhance learning and initiate children into the magical world of music. The multi-sensory class features wonderfully varied manipulatives, puppets, parachute, drums, xylophones & bubbles, bringing a fresh and new lesson each week!
